Therapy is for anyone and everyone. Therapy can help support with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, identity, stress, suicidal thought, self harm, gender and sexuality, trauma and much more. In a consultation you can chat with your therapist about your needs, or explore your options.
This is up to you! When you meet with a therapist you can discuss the frequency of sessions based on your needs. We suggest weekly or bi-weekly sessions to start and adjusting as needed.
We offer a free 15-minute consult to connect with our clinicians, and begin to understand the therapeutic process. Typically, a first session will discuss goals, what brought you to therapy, familial and work environments. This session will usually focus on current skills and begin to develop tools to meet your goals.
We are listed with a variety of insurance providers in Ontario. Please inquire with your therapist further if we can accommodate billing. After your session, you will also receive a receipt for your records and/or to submit your claim.
We offer individual virtual and phone therapy sessions with the fee structure as follows:
$150 per 50-minute session; $240 per 80-minute session; Free 15-minute consultations.
